How can I create an account?
To create an account, click on the profile icon in the top right of the page and select "Create an Account." Fill in the requested information and follow the instructions to complete registration.
I forgot my password, how can I recover it?
If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot your password?" on the login page. Enter your email address and you will receive a link to reset your password.
How can I update my personal information?
Log in to your account and go to the "Personal Information" section to update your information. You can change your addresses, contact details, and payment preferences.
How do I subscribe to the newsletter?
You can sign up through the form at the bottom of the Home Page by entering your email address.
How can I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, log in to your account on our website and go to the "Orders" section. Here you will find all the updated information about your order.
Where can I see technical information about products?
All the information relating to individual products can be found inside the product sheet.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Once you have placed an order, you cannot change it directly from the site. However, if you wish to make changes or cancel it, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
How can I track my shipment?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to track the delivery of your package.
Where is the size guide chart located?
You can find it inside the product sheet, just click on 'size guide'.
If I have already placed an order, can I add more products?
No, once the order has been placed it is not possible to add other products.
Are there any additional fees beyond the amount confirmed at checkout?
No, no further fees are required once the amount is confirmed at checkout.
How can I make a return?
If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization. Then follow the instructions provided to send the product back to us.
How should I care for cashmere garments?
Cashmere garments require special care. Hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent is recommended. Avoid using the washing machine and dryer to maintain the quality of the fabric. To learn more, you can visit our cashmere care page.
How do I exchange a product?
You can make an exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt of the same, it is possible to replace a product by requesting an alternative size or color. For more information, see the dedicated section Return Procedure.
How do I check the status of my return?
Simply enter the return number in the dedicated Orders and Returns section.
How long does it take for a refund to be made after a return?
Once the return has arrived in our warehouses, we will proceed with the refund request within a few days. Refund times may vary depending on the payment method chosen at the time of purchase.
